Natrise - Ill Effects

My mother, age 80, has been advised to have Natrise once a day everyday. She has been having it regularly for the past few months except once after every 35 to 45 days the doc stops the medication for 10-15 days. But without Natrise my mother's sodium level dips to 122 within 5 to 7 days. She has mild diabeties too. What are the ill effects of Natrise if consumed on a daily basis?
