I am very sorry that you have suffering vision issues. How long were you using it?

I am not aware of any lawsuit regarding this medication and this website does not handle such if there were one, it is an information about prescription drugs only website.

That said, such a lawsuit would likely only be a waste of time and money, due to the fact that they only have merit and can proceed in court if the manufacturer was proven to be negligent, as in they knew the possibility was there and hid it from the public.


In this case, the possibility of vision issues developing are clearly noted in the drug details and have not been hidden, at all .It is listed a possible serious side effect and by using the medication, you technically acknowledge the risk of such things occurring. I know it doesn't seem fair, but that's how it works.

It's would be the same if someone doesn't heed the warnings or read them and then cuts of their hand or foot with a lawnmower, they wouldn't have a valid court case, since the warnings are present and the dangers fully acknowledged by the manufacturer.
