Have you consulted a doctor?

If you have had problems with allergies in the past, it is possible that your sinus membranes are swollen and may require medical treatment to try and bring them back to normal. That happened to me, when I was younger and my allergies hadn't been diagnosed for many years.

Another possibility is nasal polyps, which can block the air flow and would also require medical intervention.
