Filled at pharmacy on May 27, 2011. Are these still good to use for bursitis? ## Hi Maggie, Based on my research, you shouldn't take expired prescriptions. There is a reason that there is an expiration date on them. Not only do they LOSE most, if not all potency, the expired pills could surely affect your liver in a toxic way. I was on naproxen 500mg twice a day for back pains and now they put me on percocet and I don't feel better I am in more pain. Why? I am also now having problems with my presure it's gone up and we are having problems controling it could it be my new med. ## Hi Nancy, It does sound like issues you're experiencing may be due to the new medication you're on. Can i take naproxen 550mg for a headache? Know its an antinflammatory but heard works well for pain. Is it non-narcotic? ## Naproxen is not a narcotic, but it can be used for headaches. Is it like a lower tab. can i go to work on it? ## I've been taking Naproxen (500mg) for muscle spasms in my back. I take it with food and it still causes nausea and a bit of disorientation...I don't drive for a few hours after I've taken the pill. However, I do not take a Naproxen until I've come home from work. I find that a combination of Naproxen and Cyclobenzaprine (anti-inflammatory) will ease my discomfort in a matter of 2 - 3 days. ## Hello, I believe the next lowest dosage is 375mg. Naproxen also comes in lower dosages of 220, 250, and 275 mg. There's no way for me to know if u will be able to go to work on the 500 mg tab because everyone reacts to medication differently. This pill is not a tablet!! It's a capsule with ip190 on one side and 500 on the other. Is it a naproxen or hydrocodone?? ## I am not finding any listings for a capsule with this marking in any of the databases that I've checked. Can you please double check the marking on it? Where did you find it? Does anyone else recognize this?

sublingual, anti-inflammatory pain medication ## is this (Ketorolaco trometamina) naproxen? i cannot locate any detailed info on it ## To add some clarification, no this is a different medication. Ketorolac is another nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, it is actually stronger than Naproxen and is only available by prescription, unlike Naproxen which has an over the counter dosage. But it is used to treat similar conditions and may cause similar side effects, such as nausea, headache, drowsiness and stomach irritation. Are there any other questions I can help with? The pill is an orange peach colour oval shape with 250 on one side and APO on the other side.
