Hi Jonny,
From what I've seen online, it appears that others have also inquired about this as well. And as far as Naproxen is concerned, many people tend to believe that it wont help much, if at all, when it comes to dealing with Tramadol withdrawal relief (since it's not in the same drug class and is also considered to be much weaker than Tramadol at that).
My advice would be to look into what's called the "Thomas Recipe" at:

This is said to be one of the most common methods used for an "at home detox" and seems to have gotten a lot of positive feedback in terms of helping alleviate Tramadol withdrawal symptoms. So perhaps it will be beneficial to your situation too.
I hope this helps!
Not much helps for tramadol withdrawal except time. It typically takes about 7 days for the physical withdrawal to subside but you'll still deal with lingering depression and lack of energy for about a month. The problem with tramadol is that it also has anti depressant qualities so when you go through WDs, you get a double whammy of opiate/anti depressant withdrawal symptoms that can be particularly nasty. If you're getting the tramadol prescribed, call your Dr and explain what's going on. Most Drs will put you on a taper schedule with out giving you any grief in return as long as you're not abusing it. Otherwise, you really just have to ride it out. Exercise helps along with hot showers and a good diet/vitamins but it'll still be a few weeks of hell regardless. Sorry your going through this. Hope you feel better soon!
