Is naprodine similar to naproxen or is it just for pain?

Whereabouts did you find this pill? I can't seem to find any specific details on it whatsoever, other than the possibility that it may contain both Naproxen and Ranitidine (“Naprodineâ€).

Has anyone else here heard of this combination or name?
