Gud pm.My 10 yr old son is very thin,but before he have a good body,but because he is very active in sports,i notice that he almost loss his weight...so i dont know what kind of vits i will let him take..pls help..tnx...

Have you consulted a doctor? Has he shown any signs of being deficient in any nutrients, such as lethargy, nausea or not being as active as usual?

It can be normal, especially for children his age that are very active, to experience weight fluctuations.

In many cases, they will gain weight, for awhile, and have a larger appetite, which is just the body's way of preparing for them to grow. Then, when the growth spurt hits, the weight will seem to disappear and you may discover that they've grown an inch or more.

This is perfectly normal and there is no need to worry, unless his doctor states that there is some type of problem.
