How can I obtain the NEMENDA ESSENTIAL ALZ CARE PACKAGE?

Mom has AZ she can not a fford the price I was told it she lives on 1370.00 a month from social security since dad died what can I do to get this Namenda. Thank You

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including, nausea, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, and tremors.
