Nys Prescription Monitoring System August 27

Does anyone know with this new NY monitorinh system effective Aug 27 if they can review histories prior to Aug 27 or histories as they build from Aug 27 and on?

They've actually been keep tracking of prescriptions for a very long period of time now, if you've had any filled for controlled substances, then they've been tracked.

There are just changes being made to it in August, but it has been going on for a very long time. That is how people have ended up being caught doctor and pharmacy hopping.

To put it simply, since pharmacies got computer systems, someone has been keeping track.
