Small white tablet NIC imprinted on one side and a number 2 on the other side, can anyone tell me what this is or what it is used for

This isa 2mg Nicotine lozenge, they are small, because they are meant to be dissolved under the tongue, they are used to help someone quit smoking.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, elevated blood pressure and heart rate.
