Nexito Plus contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, commonly sold in the US under the brand name Lexapro.
This is NOT a sedative, but an SSRI antidepressant.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and dizziness.

Are there any other questions?
My son aged 11 has been prescribed with NEXITO 20Mg. He finds it extremely difficult to wake up in the mornings and often complains of a headache. His weight too has increased immensely. His psychiatrist said that the drug would improve his attention. Is this so? I would appreciate your advice.
I've also taken this tablet (5 mg) but i am 32 years old and your son is only 11. I think it's too high of a dose. Please consult your doctor.
Under 12 not to be prescribed. Seems like a high dose as well. You should probably change doctors for another opinion.
Re: anand (# 3)
Hi. So we can stop nexito plus and work on yoga/etc, right? It's not meant to be taken for life, correct?
