It actually depends on the type of test they use. There are some basic urine screens that just check for the presence of certain drug types, which in this case would be Benzodiazepines, however, there are others that do check for the specific ones.
In addition, there are some that check the levels of them, as well. If you are prescribed a certain dosage, then the amount in your body should fall within a certain range and anything outside of that range could alert them to a problem.
