Please let me know the name and conditions to be treated with small white pill that shows the number 514 in one side and the letters JSP in the other.

Hi Alby,

A small white round pill with the letters JSP embedded on one side and 514 on the other is reportedly identified as a 0.05 mg (or 50 mcg) Levothyroxine tablet, used as a means of hormone replacement therapy for hypothyroidism; symptoms associated with an under-active thyroid (i.e. fatigue, depression, brittle hair/nails, weight gain, etc).

For verification, this particular pill is manufactured by a company called Lannett Co. and also carries a National Drug Code of 00527-1342
