N-acetylcysteine On Nhs Prescription

I thought I would share some news, I recently had problems getting Acetylcysteine 600mg, I have an NHS prescription but couldn't find it until I was told about Hard To Find Medicines a UK registered Pharmacy that specialises in unusual medicines for NHS patients. An amazing FREE service by post.

I didn't know N-Acetylcysteine was not available in the U.K. except by Rx ... May I ask you what the doc prescribed NAC for?
