Myrin P Forte Quantity I Am 35 Years Old

i am taking myrin p foret .i am feeling my urine color red and my hands and foots remain hot which irritate me .and i feel hot .every time my heart want to use airconditioner at 23 degree temperature.while i am living in pakistan .it is summer .docktor advice me to take 5 tablets myrin p forte with vita 6 tablet before one hour at morning breakfast. it is very tough for me hard job. is it better for me to overcome tb. my loft elbow was infected by tb.plz advice me
