Hello, Wendy! How are you?

If your toes are black, it is important that you seek medical attention immediately. That could be a sign of the tissue becoming necrotic and without prompt medical treatment, you may lose those digits.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Nifedipine as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry cough and increased urination.

Is there anything else I can help with?
