Have you consulted your doctor?

Though it is often touted to help with various conditions involving excess acid, apple cider vinegar can be harsh and may actually worsen some, such as severe ulcers.

And since ACV isn't an actual medication, it hasn't been tested for interactions and side effects, so I really don't know if it would be a problem with the Lansoprazole.
