Hello there, so My period is very late. i'm very worried coz my period is over 7 months late. It has always been irregular but never that bad. coz i never had a steady diet or weight. and lately i'm at an all time low weight ever since i've reached this weight my period completely stopped i still get bms symptoms like it's gonna happen but it doesn't. l hate going to the Dr.s but i wanna know if i really should or can i just take a safe meds or herbal med without having to???..plz answer me coz it's really stressing me out and that also makes it worse.
