I took a HPT on 04/24/2015 and it was positive. I went to the dr on 4/28/2015. They retested me and it was positive. I went back to the dr the next day for a sonogram and the sonogram showed I was only 2 days pregnant. Could this be right? My OB calculated me as being 4-5 weeks pregnant according to my last menstrual date.

You may not have gotten pregnant immediately after your last menstrual cycle. That is only used to get a rough estimate and the sonogram is done to be more precise.
Have you shown any pregnancy symptoms, such as sore breasts, morning sickness or cravings, yet? That would also give an idea of how far along you are.
