My Experience With Prolia Injection
UpdatedI have read all the side effects about Prolia before I agreed to take the shot. My doctor convinced me to do so. I had the injection on 6/8/2012. Four days later I have deleveloped pimples around my nose area. I'm 62 years old and haven't had any pimples in years. I've always had dry skin due to my age. Pimples still there as of today, 8/12/2012. Frequent leg cramps at night from 6/12/2012 for four straight days. I remember Doctor Oz said to take potassium 99mcg daily to prevent leg cramps. I took it from then till now, I'll continue using it. My leg cramps has stopped since the second day that I started taken it. I had stomach pain from 6/16/2012 on left upper to mid section of my stomach for a few days. Now I would have stomach pain as soon as I'm hungry. 6/20/2012 My nose started to run, I felt that I was catching a cold, nasal dripped and cough for a couple of weeks. As of today I have dry irritating cough and I can feel my chest was wheezing. I think I may have walking pneumonia. I'm seeing my doctor on Tuesday, I would ask for an x-ray.
I also had some little bumps around my eye lids on 6/26/2012, I cleaned it every night with q-tip, I think it was too much oil from the reaction of my shot. A week ago I started to feel a little bump or sore on my right bottom jaw. I've been having trouble to chew food these past few days, but now starting to hurt even when I'm just drinking fluid, due to my sore on my bottom right gum/jaw. I'm hoping I don't have to see my Dentist, they charge a lot if not for regular check up, right? Can someone tell me? I've never had to see any Dentist for anything other than regular check up and cavity filling. My head also had been hurting for the past three weeks. I usually get headaches from triggers of perfume, smoke, exhaust, cleaners, and rubber tires smell. But lately, I would still get headaches even when I'm not around those scent. I will not take the shot again no matter what my Doctor says. I would continue writing my post when I have any more development. Take care, all of you, it;s too bad when you try your best to take care of yourself and wound up hurting yourself. Can someone report to the FDA? Can all of us report to the FDA? Is there an easy way for all of us to sign a petition so that all of us can report it just once?

You are not the first and likely not the last to report such issues from Prolia.
Learn more Prolia details here.
I am very sorry you've had to go through, especially at our age, when you should be enjoying life.
Have you made a dentist appointment, yet? I can't really say anything about the price, it varies from dentist to dentist and area to area. Do you have insurance?
And yes, you can report it to the FDA by calling 888-INFO-FDA (888-463-6332)
Read your post. The side effects from this drug are horendous. Report your symtoms to the FDA. We need to get this drug banned.
