My wife 61 yrs having 80/140 BP for years now facing regular noise of running rail engine in the left ear. Also suffering from stiffing pain in lower back of head on left side beside often prespiration all over the head and for head even during the winter nights. Advise suitable treatment.

Have you made any progress in diagnosis or treatment for the Big Diesel sound wife is experiencing? My wife also hears that sound and we have no answers.
