My Rt Uterine Artery Pi Is 2.7
UpdatedDuring my 1st trimester evaluation at the 12th week the doctor found my uterine artery PI at RT 2.7 with severe notching and my LT at .04. Then she advised me to take Ecosprin 75mg, one tab daily after meals. Will it be able to reduce the PI level back to normal levels? And moreover if my RT artery is blocked then should I sleep on my left side at night? Will it give any benefit? I am really worried. Plz help.

This medication is actually used to help increase blood flow to your baby, so it would be best to take it as instructed by your doctor. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
What side you sleep on really doesn't play a role, unless your doctor instructs otherwise.
Is there anything else I can help with?
Congratulations on the baby!
