are you aloud to be in heat while taking this cause i went tanning and im itching all over but i dont know if its that or an allergic reaction

Most medications can make you more sensitive to the effects of the sun, or tanning apparatus, so it is possible that you've had a photoallergic reaction.

Do you have any rash, or redness of the skin where it gets itchy?

Have you tried anything to relieve the itching?

Your doctor should be able to take a look and tell you if that's what it is, or if it's due to something else.
