Levoxyl is pinkish in color and shaped like a peanut. The other pill in the bottle is round and blue in color. There are no markings on it. I am concerned that it may be something entirely different and some other drug.

The ones you mentioned that are shaped similar to a peanut are the name brand Levoxyl tablets.

Where did you get the prescription filled?

The reason I'm asking is because prescription tablets should have some type of marking on them to enable their identification, which makes me somewhat suspicious of tablets that don't have any markings at all.
