Yes, as long as it's not a time released formulation, which would be denoted by something on the label such as SR, XR, ER or something similar, there's no real harm in it. The worst thing about it is that it will really taste terrible. :-)

You may want to double check anything she takes and see if they are time released or not, as that could be a danger if she chews them up, since she may get too much of the medication at once.
