My Medications

Dear Sirs, I will express my medical story what happened to me since Nov. 1998 when I had my fist car accident at 5.30 am going to work when two young ones send me off the 2 lane road and scratch my car all the way across. Was a phone nearby and I did call 911 and told them what happened. The same time the two young ones did called 911 further up and the police came from their side first and after to me. They did ask me to take me to the hospital when the ambulatory service came and everybody else but I did refuse because I had no insurance that time. I did got a Doctor to help me with massages for six weeks and after that I did returned back to work. A week later as I remember I did pic-up two ladies from the airport and I did called the office that I am on my way in . The office was 2 miles away from the airport and I had an attack while driving and one of the ladies was able to get to my position and stopped the mini bus without any problem. The paramedics came and I did end up at the ER nearby Hospital. The office did notify my lady and she came to the hospital but by that time I was OK and spoken with the ER nurses. She was very happy to hear that I was OK. Well I did lost my job and my life went the worst path for years. Eight years later and after Doctors and Hospitals all over here, in Canada and in England with my seizure episodes I did went along with the Doctors opinion to do the operation to avoid my seizure episodes. That was my biggest mistake of my life to do that. After the operation we went to Europe for three months with my lady and when we came back I had no neurologist and my regular Doctor recommended a specialize Neurologist and I end up in the Hospital for 4 days doing nothing and the results was that I had three small seizures while I was in the Hospital that the Doctor talk me and he did changed my medications. A month later I had 40-50 episodes due to the new medications and my lady did call the Doctor who is 2 blocks away from the hospital to visit me I guess. I did spoke with the ER Doctor and explain to her that I was here for four days and I do have records and please my files but went the other way that I had cramps ? I did explain to her what it is to have cramps but the Doctor went her way and later on I did received 5 pages letter from the Hospital that I should not used the ER for those type episodes.My lady did lost it. I did told her lets go to the same Hospital that I had my operation and that we did. There the ER Doctor stated that I will go in to the Hospital and he will make all the necessary plans and he did removed three medications that I had from the other Hospital but the damage was done and now I cannot drive much and stay home at the floor most of the day. My best favor Doctor who told me then that I had seizures now he did told me that I have to leave like this the rest of my life. Here are my medications: 1) Dilantin(Phenytoin) 100mg 5 a day, 2) Lamotrigine 25mg 6 a day, 3) Clonazepam 1mg 2 a day, 4) Metoprolol 50mg 1 a day, 5) Alprazolam 2mg 1 a day or more, 6) Lovastatin 40 mg 1 a day, 7) Folic Acid 1mg 1 a day, 8) Levocarnitine Tablets 330mg 2 a day, 9) Rapaflo 8mg 1 a day, 10) Hydrocodone 500mg 2 or more a day (when needed), 11) Aspirin 81mg 1 a day, 12) Vitamin D 600mg 1 a day, 13) Fish Oil 1200mg 1 a day, 14) Calsium 600+D 1 a day and that is my medical story.

Dear Sirs, I did missed one more medication wish is : Hydrocodone 500mg and I am using it as needed. I do not want to get more that 2 a day no matter what. I have to stay calm and avoid to be active. And this is the end of my story with Doctors and medications for the time been.
