My Issues

Hello Everybody! For past 3 years, I've been sad more days then happy! At 19 yrs old, I was walking across the street and was hit by a van! They put a plate and 13 screws in my pelvic area so I could walk again. What I didn't realize is...16 years later I couldn't stand, sit bend or lay in bed for long hrs "MAJOR CHRONIC PAIN"! (in the mean time I've had 7 other surgeries for different reasons) I'm a DOER, I've never been one to sit around. Therefore, my pain interferes with my whole life! I'e been on medication for 7 years now! Obviously, all of you who can relate, know that it sucks!! In order to function you have to take meds. Then there's the $ issue! I'm not looking for an answer, THERE ISN"T ONE! I'm just finally sharing my story with those who relate. Now I have Asthma, blood in urine and NEUROPATHY!! In 7 years I've never dealt with more than a 2 day withdrawal, THAT'S HOW SCARED I AM OF THAT FEELING! It's a catch 22 and feels like your trapped! "just a thought. Needed to vent! S.
