Hello, im 19 and was prescribed with vyvanse starting at 30 mg. The first couple days I felt more motivated, optimistic and less scrambled and depressed. But I noticed as I moved up in dosage that the drug didn't last as long as I was told. I was then prescribed 5 mg of adderall for a boost during my day, it works some days but not consistently. What can i do to make my medication last longer?

Have you consulted your doctor?
Are you also making sure to take your medication at the same time each day, without missing any doses?
What do you drink, when you take them? What type of foods do you eat?
