Muscle Pain After Weaning Off Flexeril.
UpdatedI have been taking Flexeril, 10 mg for 3 years and decided to get off completely, cold turkey. Which was probably a mistake. After 2 days every muscle in my body is sore and aches. It feels like I have done an intense workout. My question is, will the pain eventually go away. If so, how long will it take?

Anytime you have taken a medication for a long period of time, your body does get used to it and a sudden cessation can result in withdrawal and rebound effects, which can be even worse than what you started taking it for to begin with.
Have you consulted your doctor?
The rebound pain should eventually go away, but it may take a month or more, before it starts to taper off, since you were taking the medication for several years.
