Muscle Cramps From Testopel Implants?

I just had Testopel implants put in about 48 hours ago. I noticed about 36 hours after the procedure some muscle cramping in my stomach and thighs. Now 48 hours later my arms and calves are getting cramps as well. I have been on testosterone shots for a few years now and I have never experienced this with IM injections. Has anyone else had side effects like these?
