Multi Vitamin Tab

Elderly person needs vitamin with following ingredients: Vit. D 400mg, Folic acid 400 mcg., Biotin 300 mcg., Vit. B-12 1,000 mcg., Vit. B-6 100 mg., Selenium 100 mcg., Calcium + D 1,200 mg., Iron 250 mcg., and Vit. C 3,000 mg. Is there any one tablet that comes close to providing these nutrients in these proportions?

Since most vitamins are over the counter products, there isn't a database that lists all of them and their ingredients.

What I'd like to suggest is asking a pharmacist. They usually have a good idea of what's available and can point you in the right direction.

Did a doctor say it must be these specific dosages?
