Mounjaro Skin Tingling

Has anyone else noticed their skin tingling quite badly, a bit like you feel when coming down with the flu? I have been on Mounjaro for 6 months now, on the highest does. Haven't really had any other side effects other than 2 very sort bouts of nausea.
