Most States Have A Statute Of Limitation I Heard You Can Hire A Personal Injury Lawyer But Ct Is Within Two Years And I Passed My Two Years

Most states have a statute of limitations. I heard you can sue, but you need to call a personal injury attorney. My deadline was two years from the time your teeth falls out and you need a dr or a dentist to state your teeth are falling out due to morphine or due to OxyContin, which ever is causing you to lose your teeth. My state allows two years and I've passed my two years.

Hi Kim,

From what I've seen here on this site, many patients are experiencing these horrible symptoms after the due date of their state's statute of limitations. Maybe if there were enough cases to report on a specific medication, the timing would eventually be reconsidered by governing officials.

Do you happen to know whether or not a statute of limitations for each state is based on where you go to fill your prescriptions, certain residency requirements, or if it's simply where you happen to be at the given moment of filing your case with an attorney? I only ask because I wonder if driving to or "visiting" another state would have an effect on the allowance of time pertaining to your individual state's statute of limitations...Then again one would also have to research this law in surrounding states for it to be of potential benefit.
