Most Effective Megraine Headaches Medicine

What kind of medicine has the best or are the most effective regarding megraine headaches. I get every day stress headaches/ megraine as my Gp said. I am drinking lenadol, but i have to increase it and are on the nerve too overdo it. I need a substitute good working medicine that can hellp me cope everyday, please. I have use tramset/ tramahexal, traumaszac but it makes me not too be sharp and i cannot concentrate and do my work proberly. Please help
