Mosegor Safe For Kids?

My son who is only one year of age was given by his pediatrician Mosegor vita w/ dosage of 2.5 ml since he has no appetite and skinny. Is it safe for his age considering that he is only one year old and as indicated dosage it is good for 2 years old kids?
