There are several formulations available under the Mosegor name, so I am not sure which one you are asking about, but they are all multivitamin products.

Vitamins are good for your overall health, however, too much of some them can be just as dangerous as being deficient in them and most of the Mosegor products should only be taken once daily, unless your doctor has specifically instructed you otherwise.
