Mosegor (pizotifen) is a prescription medication for treatment of "migraines".

Increased appetite and weight gain are only potential adverse reactions to this medication and therefore probably won't be as beneficial or cost effective as simply changing your diet to promote weight gain.

Dizziness, sedation, dry mouth, constipation, and nervousness are more potential adverse reactions that might accompany weight gain or increased appetite.

Have you considered trying to get in touch with a nutritionist or registered dietician for this purpose? I realize this doesn't answer your initial question of where to obtain the medication, but I have to wonder why someone would take migraine medication to gain weight?
