As with most prescription medications, one requires a doctor's verification in order to purchase the drug at your local pharmacy or health store. I'm not fully aware of the laws that govern India in terms of having a doctor's signature first, but I'm thinking you should be able to access a pharmacy of sort in your local area that will be able to let you know if it can in fact be purchased where you are now.
