ok my names is monty i go to a pain clinic the prescribed me roxycodien for my pain well i ran out and had an tooth ache that i thought was a ear ache the hospital told me it was a tooth ache and then went back almost 2 weeks later for over 12 different spider bites wasnt given any pain medicine for that for the tooth ache i was and last night i had to go to the e.r for a slipped disc in my back they gave morphine shot a shot for nasuea and a steroid shot sent me home with 7.5 325 norco but if i show the pain clinic why and what they gave me can they still kick me out even if they were emergencys everytime? ## Okay, I think I may have grasped the gist of this very long, run-on sentence... I am currently taking 15 mg of morphine er twice daily and have been for 4 months now for chronic severe back pain. I have been noticing the last 2 weeks that it's not working as well. I am currently taking 60mg of morphine sulfate ER twice a day and 30 mg of oxycodone HCL four times a day. For some reason I came up short one morphine on the last day of my prescription, so I only have one I can take instead of two until I get my new script tomorrow morning. Instead of taking the last morphine this morning, I waited and took it around 4pm tonight. Will I have withdrawl symptoms from missing a dose of Morphine, but continuing to take the oxycodone 30mg? ## If you didn't have any during the interim, where you didn't take it until much later, then no, you should be fine. I have been taking morphine sulfate er blue tablets coated in ny. I moved to wisconsin and got my first script here for the same meds. Pharmacy gave me morphine sulfate 15mg sr. It's not coated. My Grandma is in pain and on her death bed. Her docter gave her 60mgs of morphine every 4 hours and she only ways 90lbs ## How is she doing? I am very sorry that she is in this condition. I'm new to MSIR ER 60mg and 30mg 4 x's per day for breakthrough pain and 3 x's a day on ER. Is this too much? ## The extend release is normally taken twice a day. If you haven't been taking Morphine what you stated is too much. FDA guidelines state a patient isn't suppose to be prescribed more than 120 mg Morphine a day.

I Suffer from chronic pain that's so severe i'm in tears most of the time. My family doctor had me on hydrocodone 10-325 4x daily. After 2 yrs it stopped working now I go to a pain center and have been put on morphine 30 er x 2 daily. This also does not seem to be helping the pain. My doctor did a genetic urine test. I tested positive for morphine. I've only had it one time in er months ago. I currently take ambien, promethazine tablets for nausea, sometimes gabapentin. I'm on pain management but hadn't taken any of my oxycodone. I got a strike against me and they retested me. Looking to prove to my doctor that I didn't take any morphine. I would know believe me.

My husband 6ft 279 pounds was left at the hospital labeled as JOHN DOE. As a result my husband died. The coroner office said the cause of death was Opiate Toxicity of Opiates. Which was morphine and codeine. Per the report it was 14.3ng/ML of morphine (Free) and less than 5ng/ML of codeine. I just don't understand how a person this size dies from morphine and codeine. From the information I have gathered this is not really a lot of meds compared to his size. The way my husband's death took place, nothing is adding up. I find it is much more effective when I take it in other forms than a tablet. ## Or you could get too much of the medication at once and overdose yourself on it. As to a tablet marked P 60, I still cannot find any identification as of writing this. Did you say it's morphine? What country was it found in? ## I may be so used to taking opiates by mouth for a myriad of diseases including scoliosis, resulting in horrible pains that travel around my body.
