Morphine Withdrawal

I recently got kicked out of my pain clinic due to a urine screen showing a small amount of THC. I have been on Morphine 100mgs, and vicidin. They just left me high and dry, I don't want to deal with the withdrawals as years ago I had to get myself off Oxycontin. I am pissed because I was treated so badly. I rarely use weed, but don't feel there is anything wrong with occasional use.

Trying to get off 30mg morphine (have been taking pain meds for years). Would I be ok to take 15 mg for a week then 7.5 mg for another week without suffering too much?

That's so unfair. This is the United States of America and what's good for one state should be for all. It should be illegal however for any doctor to cut a patient completely off a medicine that they have been prescribing. Yeah sure it most likely want kill.you but you'll feel like your dyeing. It's a terrible thing I've been there and always have to worry when you take drug screens cause believe me I know for a fact that there is false positives a lot of times. If it not for my health I'd never step.foot into.Any doctor office.
