Morphine Sulfate 15mg Sr

I have been taking morphine sulfate er blue tablets coated in ny. I moved to wisconsin and got my first script here for the same meds. Pharmacy gave me morphine sulfate 15mg sr. It's not coated. It appears to be a regular morphine tablet. I took one and feel nausea and sick. What's the difference or is there any?

But please keep in mind that not all time released tablets use a coating, there are several other methods they can use to control the release of the medication.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
