Morphine Refills And Unethical Treatment

I've been living in Las Vegas for about 6 years after coming here from California. I have been on morphine for 15 years and now walgreens is giving me a hard time even though I fill them there every month. I read a great article online about walgreens, but what really blows me away is that we have vending machines with free needles and other supplies they need and I'm treated like a criminal.

Can you post back and be more specific about the hassles they are giving you?

If your doctor has written a new prescription each month and you have not had any issues to cause you to be flagged, there should not be an issue with them filling it, unless you are a new customer, or the dosages prescribed are not normal. The other difficultly might be due to them running out, if they have had more customers than usual

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

Have you tried using a different pharmacy?

As to the needles, and etc., they do not require a prescription in most U.S. states.
