It really depends on how it affects you and your ability to drive. Morphine is a potent narcotic, so it can cause drowsiness, dizziness and euphoria, in some people, which could impair their ability to be safe behind the wheel.
There are several posts on our site from people that thought they were fine, but got pulled over and fined, for being under the influence of certain medications, so you do need to be very cautious. You may also want to look into your DUI and DWI laws.
