Morphine Sulfate 30mg Sa

Just prescribed for on Morphine Sulfate SA. Would like to know to what effect this will be different from 4-10 mg hydrocodone/500 APAP, daily ?

They are both narcotics, so the side effects are going to be very similar, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation.

However, the SA stands for sustained action, so the Morphine is a time released product that is meant to help give you better pain control.
