How many 15 mg of Morphine Sulfate equal 4 of the 10 mg Hydrocodone??

Morphine and Hydrocodone are generally considered equal in strength, when taken orally, so a 10mg Morphine tablet would be equal to 10mgs of Hydrocodone, this your 15mg Morphine is actually a stronger dose than what you were taking of the Hydrocodone.

3 of the Morphine 15mg tablets would be 45mgs and that would actually still be 5mgs stronger than the 40mgs in 4 of the Hydrocodone tablets.

Hydrocone is a short acting pain medication. The morphine is long acting.
