There is really no way to say, both pain and pain relief are relative, so it is completely dependent on the person being treated, their pain level and their tolerance to narcotic medications.

There may be people with the same medical issue who do not experience as much pain and don't need that high of a dosage and there may be others for whom it is not enough of a dosage.

Is it handling your pain? Have you discussed it with your doctor?
