This tablet doesn't contain Morphine, it's actually a different narcotic analgesic.

It contains 2mgs of Hydromorphone, the active ingredient in Dilaudid, which is actually stronger than Morphine.

Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and constipation.
