No, no tablets are safe to inject, they are only intended to be swallowed, so they have not been formulated for injection.

Tablets contain fillers and not all of them are meant to be broken down by the human body, they are normally just expelled as waste.

If you try to break them down and inject them, these substances could cause blockages that may lead to embolism or stroke.
