Mono Linyah Missed Periods

Has anyone been late or missed a period taking mono linyah? This is my second month on it.. I had the nexplanon since February and had it removed last month.. I have missed two days but doubled up on my doses..

It can be normal to skip periods, while taking oral contraceptives, according to the FDA. Some women stop having them, entirely.

Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and PMS-like symptoms.

However, if you missed pills and engaged in intercourse, there is a slight risk of pregnancy.

I had a surgical abortion almost 4 weeks along and I did not start my birth control (mono linyah) until 3 weeks after the surgery. I did not have intercourse until I began taking my pills and used protection the first week. I am currently almost through my first pack and I have not had a period yet. Should I be concerned?

I was prescribed this form of birth control called mono linyah for my first time ever using it before. I was on my period already when I received it and instead of taking it on the Sunday you start your period, I did on the Monday I started my period, because that’s the soonest I could start. I’ve been intimately active and was aware that another form of contraception was necessary and I have been using that throughout my first month. I will take my 3rd sugar pill today (march 14th) and I’m wondering when exactly I should have my period? I’ve been having cramps non stop for a few days now.
