Mometasone And Joint Pain
UpdatedI was taking Mometasone for about 3 weeks for a sinus infection. I stopped about 6 weeks ago. Now I am experiencing joint pain and soreness, specifically on my wrists and hands. My back has also been feeling more sore than usual. Does anybody think it is possible that this is a result of the Mometasone?

Hello, Alex! How are you?
If you stopped taking it 6 weeks ago, then no, it isn't likely to be from the Mometasone, though it is a steroid class medication, most side effects typically wear off within a week or so of stopping it.
Are you on any other medications? Did you take an antibiotic for the infection?
I am not on any other medication. I was on an antibiotic ( I think it was Ampicillin ) for the sinus infection at the same time as I was given Mometosone to use.
